Exchange and Return Policy
At Aivari, we believe that every piece of clothing tells a story, thoughtfully crafted with purpose, care, and sustainability at its core. Since each garment is made to order using surplus fabrics, we kindly ask that you order mindfully.
Order Cancellation
We begin processing your order shortly after it's placed. Therefore, cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we’re unable to cancel, as your fabric has already begun its transformation.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Each Aivari piece is one of a kind, made just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine issue with the product, such as damage during shipping or an error on our part.
In Case of Damaged Products
- If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. To initiate a return for a damaged product:
- Email us at aivari.india@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share a clear, uncut unboxing video. Record the parcel from all sides before opening, ensuring the shipping label is visible. The video must show the unpacking process and clearly capture the issue.
- Items must be returned unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Once we assess and approve the return, we’ll arrange for a refund or exchange. Please note: return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- Alterations
If the fit isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer complimentary alterations. Shipping charges (to and fro) will apply. Please email us at aivari.india@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Exceptions
- Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are crafted specifically to your measurements and preferences.
- Sale items are final sale, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- International orders are non-refundable. Please place your order with care.
Returns & Exchanges
As per Aivari’s returns & exchanges policy; items eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit are accepted within 14 days of the customer's delivery date.
